the idea is to be in constant collaboration with the people and environments around me so that the experiences of playing this music are representative of the time and place that they were played. avoiding strict "band" membership, i have instead seen the group evolve into a flexible "come one,come all" where anything can happen. different people bring a different feeling to the performances and recordings and playing all alone is different as well.
