There's some subconscious connection that happens between siblings, some sort of invisible umbilical cord that pipes thoughts, ideas, feelings back and forth like it was all taking place inside of only one head.

February's issue of Kelp! monthly features the brothers of Blau with drummer Nick LaRue. They're calling it Familia Wanderstaff and it is very rocking and extremely contagious still with the haunting harmonies one expects from knowing Blaus.

The band talks about recording more:

"Hi, NIck. Has the custom Maple kit with ebony dragon engravings arrived yet?"

"No, do you think we could still get together this weekend to record?"

"Hell no. Man, I told you this was gonna be pro. We're not scrimpin' on nothin'! Got that? Or do I have to spell it out for you?! No s-w-e-e-t d-r-u-m-s, no d-e-a-l!"
